How long does the course take?

As much or as little time as you want! The course is designed to take 6 weeks to complete, with a module for each week but it’s completely up to you how you approach it.

There are 6 modules which each take between 1-3 hours to complete but you can dip in and dip out depending on how much time you have and go at your own pace.

You get lifetime access so you can really take your time and make the course work for you.

When and how are the lessons delivered?

When you purchase the course you can choose between the home study option or the guided option. The home study option can be purchased any time and started immediately whereas the guided option will have a specific start date and each module will be released to you weekly.

I know from my coaching that people work in different ways and it can be frustrating to have to wait for new materials to be released. You can work through the course in the exact way that suits you best.

Lifetime access to the materials means you can go back to lessons as and when you like. PLUS there will be more content in the form of blog posts, recipes and Q&A’s released weekly so you can continue to get value from the course even after the six weeks.

How do I know if this course is for me?

Let me ask you some questions:

Will I lose weight?

The goal with this online course is to get you feeling happy and confident in the skin you’re in and to rediscover all the good stuff life has to offer beyond simply what we look like or what we weigh. We’re going to really look at where things began for you and why they might have begun. We will look at what your personal habits are with food and what your attitude to your body is today so that we can make changes to these moving forwards to help you rediscover the pleasure in food and in life beyond the number on the scale.

This is not a meal plan and this is not a diet. I know from personal experience that weight loss does not magically make you feel confident, or even happy. If you’ve been a binge eater, and habitually eat when you aren’t hungry, then yes it is likely that when on this course, as you start to discover your bodies natural eating rhythm you may lose weight. BUT your success on this course is not determined by how much you weigh. Success on this course comes from the way you are going to feel about yourself and life in general by the end of the course.

How much does the course cost?

The course costs £245.

I know that working 1:1 with a coach can be expensive and is not something everyone can afford to do.

But I also know that there are thousands of women who are unhappy with their bodies, confused about food and who are trapped in a self loathing cycle of yo-yo dieting. I wanted to make the work I do with my 1:1 clients more accessible for everyone. That’s why I’ve created my online course, Love The Skin You’re In! The course is full of knowledge, understanding, tools and information to personally guide you through how to find a happy place with your body, with food and with life in general.

Although this course is intended to help heal your relationship with body image, rewrite negative self talk and to help with your relationship with food, for some it may be triggering for any underlying disordered eating. If at any point you feel you are unduly suffering, please ensure you seek the appropriate care. This course is not appropriate for people with active eating disorders. If you are suffering from an eating disorder, or have suffered from one in the past you must have express permission from your GP or care provider to embark on this course.
